Refund policy
When you make a purchase and are not satisfied with the product you purchased, this policy exists. Basically you will have a period of 30 days (from when you purchased the product) to request a money back or refund.
When you request a return or refund, the transactional money may take up to 10 days to reach your bank account (where you purchased the product).
If the product is damaged while being used, the warranty will not cover it, meaning that if you request a return or refund, we will not accept it given the conditions.
Eligibility for refunds and returns:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return or refund, we require some information that we will ask you for at the time of making the return/refund.
